Dedicated Sycamore Project Manager will assemble an IT Asset Disposition plan based on individual client needs.
Sycamore logistics team arrives on site to securely package and remove equipment, then transport it to our secure facility through our NAID-AAA Certified secure chain of custody for processing in our secure facility.
Our professional and trained technicians securely wipe all data, complete verification steps, and physically shred any data storage media that cannot be wiped. Our facility is NAID-AAA certified for Hard Drive Overwriting, Solid State Device Overwriting, Physical Hard Drive, Non-Paper Media and Solid State Device Destruction. This process is compliant with all known data protection regulations.
A complete settlement report is provided after each project is processed, including data bearing device serial numbers, functionality and condition. All certificates of data destruction, environmental impact reports and inventory lists can be accessed through our secure online client portal.
